AmaraTech IT Fall Networking Event FAQs for Sponsors and Exhibitors.

Thank you for showing interest in sponsoring AmaraTech IT Solutions' inaugural networking event. We appreciate your support in covering the costs for the venue, food, and other necessities required to make this event a success.

The cost to sponsor this event is $300. Sponsors will receive two registrations, brand recognition, swag, and a speaking opportunity. We offer a refund of up to $100 of the sponsorship fee until Oct. 31, 2023. After that date, the sponsorship fee becomes nonrefundable. We look forward to collaborating with you to make this event memorable.

Reserve a table space for $80 to display your company's products and services. Space is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. This fee covers registration for one person. We offer a refund of up to 50% of the exhibit fee until Oct. 31, 2023. After that date, the exhibit fee becomes nonrefundable.

Attendance will vary, but we are planning for between 40 and 75 participants. We have invited a diverse array of small business owners, entrepreneurs, and professionals from various industries.

The setup for the exhibit starts at 8:00 a.m., and the breakdown begins at 12:00 p.m.

Exhibitors should bring tablecloths, signage, promotional materials, swag, and good vibes.
