Alieu Kamara

As IT & Business Manager, Alieu is responsible for overseeing AmaraTech IT Solutions’ technology infrastructure and day-to-day business operations, ensuring both are secure, efficient, and aligned with the company’s strategic goals.

He has managed networks, servers, cloud services, and cybersecurity, and led major IT projects including system upgrades and cloud migrations.

On the business side, he has developed and implemented growth strategies, prepared and controlled budgets and financial reports, negotiated client and vendor contracts, identified new business opportunities, and ensured compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

He also leads a team of consultants and business staff, overseeing their hiring, training, and performance, while working closely with senior management on strategic planning, resource allocation, and process improvement.
