Aminatta serves as HR & Finance Operations Manager at AmaraTech IT Solutions, where she oversees the company’s people strategy and day-to-day operations across its offices in the United States, Liberia, and Ghana.

She leads recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and training, and helps build a skilled, engaged team that supports AmaraTech’s growth in cybersecurity, cloud, and IT services.

On the operations side, she streamlines internal processes, manages administrative functions and vendor relationships, coordinates resources across departments, and ensures compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.

Since joining AmaraTech, Mrs. Nja has been known for strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and a people-first approach, and works closely with senior leadership on workforce planning, policy development, and operational efficiency.
